Which is the assessment from your involvement in previous Murcia Food Brokerage Event editions?
We got relevant information for improving our industrial processes and environmental issues. We have had the opportunity to better know the latest technologies and equipments, as well as launching new R&D projects.
How have you implemented the knowledge achieved?
Visual sorting technologies, improvements in fruit peeling without using caustic soda, IQF freezing processes, enzymatic treatments, cold extraction systems for purees and gas boiler change into a biomass one are some of the projects aiming to carry out along this year. We also intend to get the Integrated Environmental Authorisation.
