From the beginning, apricot products have been considered as a distinctive reference within Marín Giménez brand.
The apricot variety processed by Marín Giménez is Búlida, considered a high-valued variety in organoleptic properties, texture, taste and flavour.
The company has been dedicated most of the time to the care of its own fruit trees thanks to be strategically located in the unique apricot cultivation region of Spain, transmitting such care to the annual productions of pulps and puree, which allow the company to offer products under the European Union regulations for baby food.Murcia is the first Spanish Region which produces this variety allowing Marín Giménez to supply itself more than 35 % from own cultivations.
Its typical taste and flavour as well as the excellent organoleptic properties are truly notable in the products’ range that Marín Giménez manufactures from such variety.
